Our approach
What We Actually Do
GRMSquare engineers the parts of a facility most people never look at. Anchorage, bracing, and support systems hold mechanical equipment, piping, and fixtures in position — and nobody thinks about them until the day they fail. We design and analyse those systems, alongside the primary structure itself, for commercial, infrastructure, and residential facilities.
No project runs exactly to plan. Schedules compress, budgets tighten, and field conditions rarely match the drawing set. We work alongside contractors, architects, and engineers to find answers that hold up under those conditions rather than only on paper — direct answers, quick turnarounds, and an engineer who stays reachable once the work is in the ground.
We also close the gap between the model and the field. Coordination data is only worth what a crew can build from it, so we translate BIM output into fabrication-ready deliverables — surfacing conflicts early, keeping accountability clear, and stopping rework before it reaches the schedule.
Calculations that stand up to review, and drawings a contractor can build from without guessing.
If a scheme won't work, you hear it early — not after the steel is ordered.
Early, direct coordination with architects, MEP, and contractors — not drawings thrown over a wall.
Clear timelines, responsive answers, and an engineer who picks up the phone during construction.
